  • For new builds, we will reach out to everyone who has expressed interest in our services during the final construction phase in your area. As part of this phase, we'll extend fiber directly to your home. Before that, we'll conduct an in-person site survey to explain the process and next steps.
  • For existing coverage areas, please complete the Contact Us section on our website or contact our customer service team directly to establish service.
You or an adult representative will need to be present to provide access and approve the installation locations. Our team will give you a time estimate before starting.

Equipment and Technology

We provide all necessary equipment as part of our service. This typically includes a modem optimized for our fiber network.
Yes, you can use your own router. However, please note that Port 80 can only ensure the quality of service up to the ONT we provide at your home or business. If your personal router requires support, Port 80 will not be able to assist with issues related to your equipment.

Pricing and Plans

We require a 24-month commitment with the initial service. After this period, the service transitions to a month-to-month basis. If you sell your home or move out, the remaining commitment can be transferred to the new tenant, provided they activate a new service.
